Op verzoek begeleidt Machteld Pel rechters en mediators individueel of groepsgewijs bij het versterken van hun professionele vaardigheden. Zij geeft ook intervisie door het bijwonen van zittingen en mediations.
On request Machteld Pel counsels judges and mediators, either individually or in groups, in order to strengthen their professional skills. She also conducts peer reviews by observing court hearings and mediation sessions. Furthermore she acts as a consultant for organizations that want to introduce peer review in order to professionalize their organization.
